How to join Big Canyon Country Club
You must receive an invitation and have a sponsorship through two member of the club. They will serve as the representative for you as well as for the club during the process. Through these sponsors, you’ll learn about the Club’s traditions, membership responsibilities and fees, as well as the amenities of the Club.
About Big Canyon
The country club is a private, member-owned club established in 1971 located at 1 Big Canyon Drive in Newport Beach, California. You can reach it by taking the freeway to the MacArthur Boulevard Exit, turning onto San Joaquin Hills Road until you reach the Big Canyon East Gate where you’ll stop at the guardhouse.
Amenities

Course
The course began in the 60’s when master-planned golf course communities didn’t exist yet. It was a daring project started by The Irvine Company with the course opening in 1971 and the clubhouse in 1972. It’s now a well-known country club throughout southern California being a championship golf course. Since its inception, it’s been renovated to be a competitive option in the area.
Today, enjoy the practice range, the Pool grill featuring food and beverage and stock up on merchandise at the Golf Shop.
