What to Expect

Stacks began with owner Nixon Tanuwidjaja pursued his passion for creating unique dishes by working in a restaurant while attending college. After learning the hospitality industry, it was time to start his own restaurant and he began directing operations for four different restaurants in Los Angeles with a Japanese concept.

He appreciated the Asian techniques and flavors and after partnering with and marrying Ovita, the two moved to Hawaii where they learned all about Hawaiian cooking. Today, Stacks is a blend of Asian and Hawaiian influences carried out into the perfect breakfast.

You can also enjoy lunch at Stacks with hours starting as early as 6:30am and open until 2pm. Check them out in Dana Point at 34255 Pacific Coast Hwy or in Mission Viejo at 27680 Marguerite pkwy. An Irvine location will be coming soon as well.
